Recently, you may have felt a mild sensation of stuff happening. This could become easily overwhelming or, at the very least, leave you a little queasy. Nausea is a common side effect of doomscrolling, after all, as it impacts inner-ear fluid balance.
Other side effects may include irritability, numbness in the extremities, gross overestimation of your intelligence, and the inability to prevent pernicious questions from regularly crossing your mind such as “why?” “how?” and “really?”
