Election Day in the United States is like the World Series: An event by America, for America that passes itself off as a global event. And just like baseball, most people are confused by the rules. It takes forever till there’s a winner and sometimes it goes into extra innings.

Also, for reasons clear to no one, it starts in Iowa.

With the fateful day upon us, The Bupkes would like to answer some questions we’ve been getting because it is getting rather burdensome to have to keep repeating ourselves.

What are you doing on Tuesday?

Should we be doing something? It’s just another school night and we are responsible adults who generally keep our socializing to the end of the week. Why Tuesday?

Oh, we see now. It’s Election Day. When you say Tuesday all we hear is “Tuesday” and are unsure why we should be treating it any differently than any other day.
